• Age 25 to 40 years

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities to ensure continuous product availability by sourcing required PVC pipes from vendors following company policies.

• LC related actives (foreign & local)

• Analyse production trends and consumption patterns to optimize purchasing quantities by reviewing POS data and coordinating with the demand planning team.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency by evaluating vendor proposals and market conditions.

• Evaluate supplier performance to maintain quality and reliability by tracking lead times, rejection rates, and service levels.

• Coordinate with logistics and factory/warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials by sharing purchase orders and monitoring shipment status.

• Maintain procurement documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness by updating purchase records, contracts, and supplier files.

• Identify new suppliers and alternative sourcing options to minimize risk by conducting regular market research.

• Resolve procurement challenges quickly to avoid stock-outs by escalating critical supply issues and coordinating cross-functionally.

• Ensure adherence to inventory thresholds to prevent overstocking by communicating with stores and reviewing stock visibility reports
