Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the CEAT Tire portfolio, including Passenger Car, Truck & Bus, Two-Wheeler, Agricultural, OTR, and Industrial tires.
Plan, implement, and monitor all ATL, BTL, Digital, and AI-driven marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, web, email, and other online platforms while leveraging AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and customer insights.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer satisfaction studies, and consumer behavior analysis to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Develop annual marketing plans, product launch campaigns, promotional materials, POSM, dealer branding, and activation programs.
Work closely with the Sales team to design trade marketing programs, dealer engagement activities, and customer-focused campaigns to drive sales.
Coordinate with principals, advertising agencies, digital partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
Monitor marketing budgets, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Manage product positioning, pricing support, portfolio development, and lifecycle management to strengthen market competitiveness.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
