Must have previous experience selling flats in Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Uttara or Dhanmondi & Mohammadpur areas.
Responsibilities & Context:
Hunting new customers for Flat Sale.
Mentality to take challange to achieve sales target quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
Identify potential markets/clients along with new sales opportunities.
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
Develop an effective relationship management of prospect and customers through proper communications.
Build strong relationship with client and key stakeholders.
