Experience:

• Hon’s/ Masters

• Age At least 30 years

• Must have a clear understanding about DAP, RAJUK Rules regulation, and work experiences to work with others relevant government offices (DESA, WASA, DNCC, DSCC, Titas GAS, Survey authority DPDC, DC Office, Sub registry offices, REHAB, NHA, MoPW and so on) rules and regulations.    
• Must have the qualities and relationship with officials to deal with critical file at RAJUK and MINISTRY.   
• Must have good connection with all relevant Offices (RAJUK, DPDC, DESCO, WASA, DESA).    
• Must have knowledge and Approval procedure of RAJUK Enlistment, REHAB Membership.     
• Must have the Capacity to writ the deed, proofread of deed for registration.     
• Have the right ability to check the land Document (CS, RS, SA, Mutation, Land Development Tax)    
• Have to the clear understanding of approving the plan from RAJUK, and Fire.   
• Must have work experience to work with AC Land Office, Land Development tax Offices, and Sub-registry offices.    
• Have 6 years of experience from a Reputed Developers company in the relevant field.10. Background from law is preferable.
• Good Documentation Maintain Hard Copy or Soft Copy (Computer).
• Good Drafting Skill in English & Bangla.
• Computer knowledge is the mandatory.
• Good Bangla & English Typing Skills.
