• Must Have through knowledge about Fair face construction and procedure.
• The applicant should have experience in project management and civil engineering from Developer/Real Estate business.
• Must have thorough knowledge on quality control and civil works.
• Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package.
• Must be able to handle projects independently.
• Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English communication.
• Must have positive attitude towards the Management Strategy
• Experience: At Least 7 Years in Fair Face Work.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure project construction work is carried out in accordance with drawing, design and work schedule.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at project.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and complete the work in scheduled time. Submit periodical work progress report to construction work to the management.
• To identify problematic areas and critical activities before the occurrence and advise corrective measures to prevent/ rectify the problems.
• Co-ordinate all requests for design changes to the respective authority and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
• To estimate the accurate quantity of construction materials as per drawing, design & raise requisition for procurement.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered at site as per specification and safely handled and stored.
• Checking and ensure quality of materials before use and control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each and every works at project.
• Forward contractor/ sub-contractor and other construction related bills certifying actual work measurement.
• Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
• Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by management as and when necessary.
