Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts and detailed working drawings
Develop 2D and 3D designs, renderings and presentation materials
Prepare BOQs, material specifications and construction details
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance
Review shop drawings, materials and finishing works for quality
Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling and documentation
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards and company requirements
Assist in factory expansion, renovation and corporate interior projects
Resolve technical issues and submit project progress reports
