B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEΕΕ).

• Age At least 30 years

• 3-4 years of experience in engineering within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Proven experience in facility operations, maintenance and proficiency in AutoCAD for layout revisions and drawing management.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sterile process equipment, HVAC system and water system.

• Experience in developing and implementing SOPS.

• Knowledge of cGMP and other relevant regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced personnel to oversee project end qualification activities, subsequent operations, and maintenance within our pharmaceutical facility.

Job Location: Manufacturing Plant Sreepur, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:

• Process Equipment: Supervise the operation, maintenance (preventive and corrective), and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical process equipment. Knowledge on Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic & PLC.

• Facility Operations & Maintenance: Develop, implement, and manage

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facility operations and maintenance activities. Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

• Documentation & Qualification: Manage engineering documentation, including drawings (AutoCAD), specifications, and validation/qualification documentation. Provide support for equipment and system qualification activities.

• Drawing Management: Utilize AutoCAD for layout revisions, drawing updates, and maintaining accurate engineering documentation.

• Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g.. cGMP, EU GMP).

• HVAC Systems: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with cleanroom standards.

• Water Systems: Manage the operation, maintenance, and quality control of pharmaceutical water systems (e.g., purified water, water for injection). ensuring compliance with standards.
