Responsibilities & Context:

Requirements:

Strong understanding of architectural building design, working drawing and planning. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Lumion, D5, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools. Ability to multi-task and deliver overlapping packages under tight deadlines. Excellent design sense with strong visualization and presentation skills. Practical knowledge of building codes, accessibility regulations, and architecture practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Special Requirements:

Advance level Revit skills will give candidates an advantage in job placement.

To complete quality construction projects of any type conforming to the client’s requirement with maximum efficiency in minimum time and expenditure. To achieve consistently high standard and quality of work, we are hiring a Senior Architect who will play a critical role in driving the architectural design and coordination aspects to ensure a timely and successful launch.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Oversee the development of detailed construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings. Specially Finishing work.

·         Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.

·         Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and quality delivery.

·         Conduct site visits and construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and ensuring design intent is maintained. Also, MEP and interior teams to ensure seamless integration between design and execution.

·         Work on fast-paced, concurrent design packages to match construction timelines.

·         Prepare drawings, 3D visuals, zoning concepts, and design presentations for internal reviews and approvals.

·         Supervise on-site design execution and coordinate with all contractors as necessary.

·         Ensure all architectural work complies with local codes, safety standards, and development regulations.

·         Work closely with vendors for materials, finishes, furniture layouts, lighting, signage, and branding elements approved by the top management.

Attend project meetings with stakeholders, provide status updates, and incorporate feedback in real-time
