We are seeking a high-performing, technically sound, and leadership-driven professional to take charge of our Bogura Branch operations and lead our regional business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership: Lead and manage the overall business operations, strategic growth, and client relations for the Bogura region.
Field Execution: Oversee the execution of engineering projects on-site, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and technical specifications.
Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and guide field engineers and technical teams during fieldwork and project deployment.
Client Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional industrial clients, ensuring high satisfaction through excellent service delivery in automation and electrification.
Reporting: Manage branch budgets, project timelines, and regularly report operational performance to central management.
