Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, electrical panels, and industrial automation.
Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to machine breakdowns.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Electrical In-Charge to lead the electrical maintenance activities of our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with industrial electrical and electronic systems, machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team supervision. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of all production machinery by minimizing downtime and maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all electrical and electronic maintenance activities in the factory.
Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production machinery.
Diagnose electrical and electronic faults and restore machines quickly.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Lead and monitor the maintenance team, assigning daily work and ensuring timely completion.
Maintain PLC-based machines, sensors, motors, VFDs, control panels, relays, contactors, and industrial automation systems.
Ensure proper functioning of compressors, generators, transformers, and other electrical equipment.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with the production department to reduce machine downtime.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.
Train maintenance technicians on troubleshooting and safe working practices.
Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
