  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in Production/Material Control or related field.

  • Experience in metal industry will be an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP software preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production and material control reports.

  • Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order completion and on-time delivery.

  • Monitor material flow, ensuring right material availability at the right time, quantity, and place.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, consumption, and wastage with high data accuracy.

  • Use ERP/MRP systems and advanced MS Excel tools (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, Charts) for reporting and analysis.

  • Generate production summaries, inventory reports, shortage lists, and variance analyses.

  • Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Accounts, and Quality departments for smooth operations.

  • Track work order progress against schedules and immediately identify and resolve variances.

  • Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) to prevent bottlenecks and excess stock on production floor.

  • Track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Production Attainment, OEE, and downtime, and report deviations.

  • Identify material shortages proactively and escalate early warnings to management.

  • Run MRP reports to analyze material requirements and manage exception messages.

  • Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.

  • Liaise with suppliers (through Procurement) regarding order status, delays, and shipment tracking.

  • Support management in forecasting and budgeting for raw materials.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

  • Provide timely updates and reports to management on production and inventory status.

  • Reduce wastage, optimize costs, and recommend process improvements.

  • Support in audits (internal and external) related to production and inventory.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
