Responsibilities & Context:
  • Technical Audit

  • Quality Manual Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, SOPs, and quality control protocols. ​Lead and mentor the QA, QC, and technical teams, providing training and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.

  • ​Manage product testing, inspection procedures, and technical evaluations throughout production stages.

  • Collaborate with production, R&D, sourcing, and merchandising teams to ensure technical accuracy and quality consistency.

  • Review and approve technical specifications, BOM, samples, and pre-production documents.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, buyer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct technical audits when required.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing defects, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.

  • Prepare and present quality reports, KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management.

  • ​Handle customer complaints by conducting investigations and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Supervise team members, provide guidance, and support training and performance development initiatives.

  • Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure all processes are aligned with company policies, standards, and strategic objectives.

  • Lead problem-solving activities, conduct root cause analysis, and support the implementation of corrective actions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and documentation for management decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to the department.

  • Support resource planning, workload distribution, and performance tracking.​​Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
