Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze and review the sales forecast and production plan to ensure optimal inventory levels of finished products
Monitor and manage the continuous supply of raw & packaging materials, ensuring alignment with the production plan
Oversee inventory levels of all input materials to maintain stringent control over supply chains and prevent disruptions
Supervise and track inventory levels of finished products to meet market demand, ensuring timely distribution across the country
Plan, organize, and deliver both on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions to foster the professional development of junior team members
