Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems across various business functions (Finance, Inventory, HR, Sales, etc.)
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients or internal departments
Configure ERP modules based on business processes and requirements
Coordinate with technical teams for customization, development, and integration
Conduct system testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of processes
Provide user training and support during and after implementation
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
Prepare project documentation including BRD, SOPs, and user manuals
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines
Support data migration, validation, and system go-live activities
