Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of handling a composite factory independently with customs bond-related work.
∎ Regular monitoring & tracking of various stages of customs bond
∎ Conducting a custom audit of three units of the group
∎ Ensure registration and renewal of legal documents of the group
∎ Maintain liaison with regulatory authorities –FCSD, CCISE, DIFE, BIDA, Bank, CBC.
∎ Coordinating among import UD Export and C&F team
∎ Data analysis & reporting.
∎ Prepare yearly import-export customs statements for bond Audit.
∎ Handle customs-related responsibilities like yearly Audit HS code formalities, general bonds, receiving any kind of certificate, and NOC.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
∎ Must have proper knowledge about using Microsoft Office.
