• Age At least 22 years

• The applicants should have experience in production industry or will be interested to do work in production base industry

• Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, Internet, Email & design development

• Good communication skill both in English and Bangla (Verbal & Written)

• Ability to take responsibility in any circumstances

• An amiable personality & Must be a TEAM player with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Should have a professional appearance with challenging attitude towards the job

• Maintain liaison with government bodies (e.g. BEPZA, Fire service, customs, VAT & Tax, etc.)

• Sales & marketing and achieve the company sales & production budget/target

• Ensure implementation of the compliance in the factory

• Prepare different types of report on regular basis

• Coordination with all stakeholders

• Take care & coordinate operations teams e.g design & development, accounts, production, administration, procurement, store, etc

• Point of contact to the management & various report generation to reflect company SWAT

• Monitor shift leaders & supervisors for production scheduling

• Maintain consistency of quality of production & operations

• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals

• Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output

• Liaison with Technical team & Vendors to maintain machinery & equipment

• Motivate, train, and enhance overall performance of production team

• Need to learn production art & technology
