Responsibilities & Context:
1) Perform quality testing of Raw Materials, In-process Products, and Finished Products.
2) Conduct laboratory tests for Wheat, Atta, Maida, Suji, Bran, and other related products.
3) Analyze quality parameters such as Moisture, Ash, Gluten, Protein, Granulation, Color, and other standard tests.
4) Prepare and maintain daily laboratory and quality control reports.
5) Monitor production quality and recommend corrective actions when required.
6) Ensure compliance with company quality standards, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, BSTI, and food safety requirements.
7) Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
8) Collect, preserve, and manage product samples according to company procedures.
9) Coordinate with Production, Store, and Procurement departments to maintain product quality.
