Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect and test raw milk and dairy products for quality and safety.
Perform routine laboratory analyses, including:
Fat content
Protein content
Moisture
Acidity (pH)
Microbiological testing
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Verify cleaning and sanitation procedures (CIP/SIP) are properly followed.
Record and maintain quality control documentation and test results.
Investigate product quality issues and identify root causes.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Inspect packaging materials and finished products before release.
Monitor storage temperatures and product shelf life.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
Assist during internal and external quality audits.
Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and customer specifications.
Train production staff on hygiene and quality procedures.
