Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume and value).
Increase market share and sales growth within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new retail outlets, wholesalers, and institutional customers.
Execute sales plans and promotional campaigns effectively.
Monitor distributor inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
Ensure timely order processing, product delivery, and stock replenishment.
Maintain healthy distributor relationships and resolve operational issues.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at all retail outlets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
