Responsibilities & Context:
Execute production activities as per the daily production plan while ensuring quality, safety and other compliance.
Monitor production processes to achieve production, productivity and efficiency targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and wastage.
Supervise shop floor operations and ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S and EHS standards.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse and Planning for smooth production operations.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot operational issues and support preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate production records, batch documents and shift reports.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
