• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with approved SOPs, batch manufacturing records (BMR) and production schedules.

• Prepare and monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing of toiletries products while meeting quality and productivity targets.

• Perform routine machine checks, changeovers and minor adjustments to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.

• Record production data, machine parameters, material consumption and process information accurately in production logs and batch documents.

• Follow safety, hygiene and other necessary requirements throughout all production activities to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

• Identify and promptly report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, quality issues and safety hazards to the supervisor for corrective action.

• Handle raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM) and finished products properly to minimize wastage and maintain product integrity throughout the production process.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
