Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the Head Office and Factory to ensure smooth business operations.

• Supervise facilities management, security, transport, housekeeping, utilities and other support services.

• Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage administrative budgets, vendor contracts, procurement and statutory compliance related to administration.

• Lead and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations of administration and factory production.
