Responsibilities & Context:
Control product quality with standard and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure QC is in every step of the manufacturing process from raw material to FG
Review quality testing policies and procedures.
Ensure high quality of processes and products.
Coordinate the optimal calibration standards for laboratory equipment operation.
Prepare reports on quality performance, testing, corrective actions, etc.
Train up the employees on quality assessment procedures and production practices.
Monitor and ensure continuous quality improvement in the factory.
Look after product development.
