• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Packaging Operator, specifically in a Food & Beverage Ltd. Company.

• Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

• Ability to work in shifts and handle physical workloads if required.

• Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.

Job Context: We are looking for experienced, energetic, and dedicated Packaging Operators to join our production team at our Sreemangal factory. The ideal candidates must have extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automatic packaging machinery efficiently.

• Set up and adjust machines for different product packaging

• Ensure all products are packaged correctly according to company standards and safety regulations.

• Monitor packaging quality, seal integrity, and proper labeling of finished goods.

• Report any machinery malfunctions, defects, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment within the packaging area.

• Maintain optimal machine speeds to meet production targets.

• Main accurate records of production quantities, machine settings, and downtime

• Assist in the continuous improvement of packaging processes.

• Meet daily production and packaging targets as assigned by the management.
