  • Minimum 12 to 15 years of professional experience in factory maintenance management (experience in a Food & Beverage Ltd. company is highly preferred).

  • Strong technical knowledge of automated packaging and production machinery (e.g., PLC systems, boilers, generators, and compressors).

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdown situations effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD (optional but a plus).

Healthy Choice Foods & Beverages Ltd., a rapidly growing and reputed FMCG company in the biscuit and confectionery industry, is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and visionary individual to join our team.
Job Context: We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and experienced Maintenance Engineer (from a Mechanical or Electrical background) to oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of factory machinery at our Sreemangal plant. The ideal candidate will ensure minimum downtime and maximum operational efficiency, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance of all factory machinery, utilities, and electrical systems.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure uninterrupted production.

  • Prepare and execute the annual preventive maintenance schedule for all plant equipment.

  • Maintain logs and documentation of maintenance activities, machinery breakdown history, and spare parts inventory.

  • Lead a team of technicians and operators, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with workplace safety (HSE) and hygiene standards.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and procurement teams for sourcing quality spare parts and technical services.
