Experience:

Educational requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Certifications in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) will be an added

advantage.

• 3 to 5 years

• Backend Expertise: Strong command of PHP and the Laravel framework, including its ecosystem (Eloquent ORM, Queues, Task Scheduling, Broadcasting).

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of debugging complex performance issues in high-traffic applications.

Responsibilities & Context:

ERP customization: Develop, modify, and maintain ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales).

Database management: Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.

System integration: Ensure smooth integration with third-party applications (e.g., payroll, CRM).

User support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users.

Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and workflow diagrams.

Support & Leadership: Lead technical hiring, reviews, and roadmap planning

Mandatory Requirements:

3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in full-stack software development.

3+ years in a senior technical leadership role.

Have a professional experience and portfolio demos in ERP Project, Inventory Management, E-commerce, School Management, and HR & Payroll systems

At least one mobile app launched on both iOS App Store & Google Play Store Proven Scaling a Product to 100,000+ active users.

Hands-on ownership of high-availability or mission-critical systems

Core Technical Expertise:

Frontend & Mobile: Html, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Vue.JS, React ,Next.JS, TypeScript

Backend: PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Express, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets

Databases: PostgreSQL, MYSQL, MongoDB

Experience in ASP.NET framework and SQL servers.

Strong knowledge of Flutter, React Native, or native development

Experience with API integration and cloud services

Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams

Other Expertise: Microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, bKash,Nagad), SaaS platforms, AI (LLMs, Lang Chain, OpenAI/Gemini.
