• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• Age 20 to 40 years

Architectural Design

• Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and master plans.

• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.

• Design residential apartments, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, RAJUK, Cantonment Board, and other regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC consultants.

Interior Design

• Create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior concepts.

• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and material specifications.

• Select finishes, furniture, lighting, colors, and decorative elements.

• Produce mood boards and presentation materials for clients and management.

• Ensure interior designs align with project budgets and timelines.

3D Visualization

• Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.

• Create walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.

• Prepare design presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Project Coordination

• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.

• Resolve site-related design issues.

• Ensure work quality matches approved drawings and specifications.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on modern architectural trends and sustainable design practices.

• Research new materials and construction technologies.

• Recommend cost-effective design solutions.
