Job Context: We are seeking some dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales professionals to lead our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing distribution networks, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Must be the target oriented & motivational team leader.
Set up New / Distributor points & geographically area wise Field force Vacancy analysis & filled up with experienced, dedicated & skilled manpower. Regularly monitor Distributor wise Product receiving report against each & every online and Stock Report (Territory wise) of responsible Area.
Identify unrepresented or weak territories, and appoint financially sound and potential new distributors to expand the market
Supervise, monitor, and mentor the Sales Representatives working under distributors to ensure maximum market
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team within the assigned territory/region.
Track daily/weekly secondary sales (market lifting) and ensure proper execution of trade promotions at the retail level
To Perform & execute KRA e.g. – Sales Team Monitoring & Area Target Achieve, Business & Outlets Development, Market Competitors & Intelligence.
Collect competitor’s market information to identify, develop & increase sales volume for the organization.
Monitor competitor’s regular pricing and market conditions.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retailers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and supply-demand cycles to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of promotional activities..
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the higher management.
