- Abilities: Work independently in industrial zones, handle multiple factory relationships, resolve issues under pressure, coordinate across multiple stakeholders & Travel extensively within assigned territory
Responsibilities & Context:
E-Zone HRM Limited is recruiting dynamic and motivated candidates for the position of “Business Development Officer, Merchant Business” for UPAY, a leading mobile financial service provider in Bangladesh. The selected candidates will be worked under E-Zone contract.
Position Name: Business Development Officer, Merchant Business
Job Nature: Field Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new merchants and Super-Agent.
- Deploy and activate Upay Merchant QR and other POSMs.
- Conduct merchant training and awareness sessions.
- Submit daily and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain regular contact with merchants and ensure monthly transactions.
- Monitor merchant & Super-Agent activity and transaction growth.
- Resolve merchant & Super-Agent issues and maintain relationships.
- Resolve merchant complaints and coordinate with support teams.
- Build long-term relationships to improve merchant retention.
- Maintain accurate merchant records & submit daily sales reports, activity updates.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank and company guidelines.
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary: BDT 25,000 + Commission
