Fortune Construction Ltd (FCL) is a growing real estate development company committed to delivering quality residential projects. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented professionals with proven experience in Apartment Sales to join our Sales & Marketing team.

• Promote and sell residential apartment projects.

• Generate sales leads through direct marketing, referrals, and networking.

• Arrange client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apartment solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Follow up with prospective buyers and convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and update ERP/CRM systems regularly.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize sales opportunities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Collect booking documents and assist clients throughout the sales process.

• Maintain proper knowledge of project features, pricing, payment plans, and company policies.

• Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
