Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of practical experience in civil construction.

• Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong technical expertise and hands-on field experience.

• Able to manage manpower and multitask efficiently.

• Excellent reporting, planning, and communication skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.

• Willing to work under pressure and adapt to field conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute civil working drawings (e.g., site preparation, ground leveling, formwork, concrete foundation, and structural work).

• Supervise day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring timely execution with quality control.

• Manage and monitor finishing works (plaster, tile, paint, fittings, etc.).

• Ensure proper curing processes are maintained.

• Lead and coordinate with site supervisors, laborers, and contractors.

• Communicate regularly with the head office and project coordinators regarding progress and challenges.

• Inspect received construction materials, ensure quality and proper storage.

• Prepare construction work schedules and ensure timely progress.

• Maintain detailed site logs, reports, and photo documentation.

• Follow safety and compliance standards on-site.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications).
