Responsibilities & Context:
Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
Solicit potential clients to buy properties.
To communicate with prospective buyers to see the properties.
To Gather information about the current market scenario/ analysis and update time to time.
To Follow up clients & maintaining client database in ERP.
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
To Follow up Sales and Promotional Activities.
To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
Acquire New Customers & visit Projects frequently.
Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
Meet with Key Customers and assists the Sales Team with maintaining relationships and Closing deals.
To Follow-up Clients through Phone Calls, Emails & Physical visit to generate Sales.
Any other task assigned by Management
