• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Only Male

• Knowledge in quality & specification, QC & compliance.

• Proficient in proper procedure & mythology of each task ; civil, electrical sanitary, glazing & façade etc.

• Proficient in computer fundamentals, Auto CAD, MS project etc. 

• Able to maintain safety security, cleanness, knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS).

• Knowledge controlling of project office management & inventory management system.

• Strongly committed to achieve target.

• Analytical thinker that consistently resolves ongoing issues or defects.      

• Strong oral and interpersonal, creative, organizational, teaching & leadership skills.

• Hard worker in project level work, High moral honesty & integrity.

• To prepare monthly/weekly work program in accordance with Master Work Program of Project.

• Elaborately supervision of all construction work & maintain best quality of work.

• Prepare requirement of requisition for store in charge to create the MPR in ERP.

• To follow up and persue different department of head office to execute the operation smoothly.

• Ensure day wise manpower requirement for each item of work as well as progress.

• Material Issue Request Slips to Store Keeper for the next day or for that day.   

• Any kinds requisition/demand for any materials, contractor/money requisition/Short budget, demand for drawing, design etc, issued from site through proper channel.

• To prepare detailed estimate for making requisition of materials, fund requirement etc. & guide store keeper in all respect.

• Other duties assigned by management as when required.
