Responsibilities & Context:
Booking and Issuing Domestic and International Air Tickets.
Strong Knowledge in Flight Reissue, Refund and Cancellation.
Provide Accurate Information about Airline Fares, Routes and Travel Policy.
Provide Professional Service to Clients.
Completing daily tasks related to ticketing.
Must have knowledge in Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre GDS.
Must be experienced in Microsoft Word, AI and other relevant Tools. tools.
