প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা
- ফোনে কাস্টমারকে আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে বোঝানোর দক্ষতা।
- চমৎকার বাংলা ভাষায় যোগাযোগের দক্ষতা।
- Follow-up ও Customer Handling-এ দক্ষতা।
- Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets ও WhatsApp Business ব্যবহার জানা।
- টার্গেট অনুযায়ী কাজ করার মানসিকতা।
Responsibilities & Context:
- Facebook, Google ও অন্যান্য উৎস থেকে আসা লিডে দ্রুত কল করা।
- কাস্টমারের চাহিদা ও বাজেট বুঝে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
- ফোনে কাস্টমারকে প্রজেক্ট ভিজিটে আসতে আগ্রহী ও রাজি করানো।
- Project Visit-এর সময় নির্ধারণ করা।
- WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে প্রজেক্টের তথ্য পাঠানো।
- নিয়মিত Follow-up করা।
- Project Visit Executive-এর সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
- দৈনিক লিড ও ফলো-আপ রিপোর্ট সংরক্ষণ করা।
