• Age At least 22 years

• Previous experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
• Experience in apparel, garments, textile, or lifestyle product sales will receive priority.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone for reporting and business communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned districts, wholesale markets, showrooms, and dealers on a regular basis.
• Develop new dealers, distributors, and wholesale customers.
• Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote new products and expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing, and submit regular market reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up after sales.
• Represent the company’s brand professionally in the market.
