Responsibilities & Context:
Role Summary:
The Intern will provide essential support to the Sales and Account Management team while gaining hands-on experience in agency operations, client servicing, and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the team with market research and initial lead generation data entry.
* Accompany Account Managers on client office visits to take notes and learn pitching strategies.
* Support daily client follow-up tasks and update the internal CRM or sales trackers.
* Assist in brainstorming sessions to help find out creative solutions for partners.
* Help draft preliminary documents and organize assets to brief the creative team.
* Ensure smooth internal communication between the Sales and Creative departments.
* Assist in administrative tasks related to the delivery of works and payment collection tracking.
Qualifications:
* Recent graduate or final-year university student (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications).
* High energy, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
