Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Food Engineering & Technology from Public / Top Ranking Private University.
12-15 years working experience in the field of Food & Beverage Industry where minimum 05 years as Production Manager.
Excellent communication & Team skills.
Supervising and managing the work of subordinates Officer & staffs.
Demonstrable experience in developing product standard and production plans.
Strong understanding of production and measures of performance.
Familiarity with factory compliances and pragmatic management based best practices.
Good knowledge of Industrial Standards and Safety Norms and process operation of plant.
Pleasant personality & able to lead Production team.
Good team player, well organized, has initiative, and detail-oriented.
Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, and ERP Software etc.

Job Context: We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and leadership-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations at our Sreemangal plant. The candidate must have extensive expertise in managing factory production lines, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and organizing Production schedules, to oversee & Managing Food safety from raw materials to finished product by implement & strictly following Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Method
Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and upgrade & maintain quality standards.
Responsible for submitting periodically raw materials collection and Finished Products making & reserve status report to the top management with a copy to the concerned officials.
Prepare daily labor performance report and plant utilization report and submit to Factory Head & CFO of the company.
To control the wastage % of the factory to a minimum level.
Establish and enforce company policies as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety procedures for staffs.
Ensure that the entire SOP's of managerial & operational activities, as well as internal and external stakeholders, are being followed & take actions if any ferocity is found.
Work closely with QC Team to review product consistency while monitoring to determine trends and areas of improvement.
Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
Should have sound knowledge to maintaining quality control, development & innovation of Backers & snacks Item.
Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Factory.
To ensure quality parameters at every step of production line regularly.
