  • Age At least 32 years
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of professional experience in store and warehouse management (experience in a Food & Beverage Ltd. company is highly preferred).

  • Strong expertise in inventory management software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

  • Clear understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO methods, and general warehouse safety protocols.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills.

  • Ability to handle audits related to stock and inventory.

Healthy Choice Foods & Beverages Ltd., a rapidly growing and reputed FMCG company in the biscuit and confectionery industry, is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and visionary individual to join our team.
Job Context: We are looking for an experienced, organized, and highly responsible Store Manager to oversee our inventory, warehousing, and store operations at our Sreemangal plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth material management and strict stock control, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee overall day-to-day operations of the factory store, warehouse, and inventory management.

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials (raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods).

  • Implement efficient inventory control systems to prevent stock-outs, overstocking, or material wastage.

  • Verify physical stock regularly against system records (ERP) and conduct monthly/quarterly stock reconciliation.

  • Receive materials from suppliers, check for quality and quantity compliance, and raise Goods Receive Notes (GRN).

  • Ensure proper storage, categorization, and safety of materials in alignment with factory safety and hygiene standards.

  • Coordinate with the Production and Procurement departments to ensure timely supply of materials for uninterrupted production.
