Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of glass processing, quality control, and troubleshooting.
Experience in process optimization, supplier development, and material evaluation.
Familiar with ISO/ASTM/EN standards and lean manufacturing.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct R&D on float and printed glass, IGU, Glass lid to enhance product performance and innovation.
Optimize glass manufacturing processes and solve the quality and production related issues.
Analyze innovative products and technologies to ensure compliance with quality standards and budget goals.
Establish and implement reliability standards for all types of glass products.
Develop and qualify suppliers to ensure consistent material and process quality.
Standardize and develop the glass printing processes.
Benchmark materials to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and cost reduction.
