Job Location : Borobari, Gazipur District (Selected candidate must stay near the factory premises.

Job Context

Bang Jin Group, a leading manufacturer of Geotextiles, Padding and Quilting products is looking for a dynamic and qualified professional for the position of Assistant Manager (Mechanical Maintenance).

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the smooth operation of all-production machinery.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.

• To ensure maximum machine uptime through regular and preventive maintenance, keeping production downtime below the approved target level.

• Coordinate the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and tools to support on-time, quality production.

• To prepare and implement routine preventive maintenance plans to minimize machine and utility breakdowns.

• To supervise on assigned mechanical maintenance activities, assign people and coordinate with suppliers and other responsible parties.

• Maintain historical records of machine breakdowns and corrective actions.

• Manage the availability and consumption of spare parts.

• For new projects, prepare and execute plans for electrical power systems, machine installation and commissioning.

• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, standardization and automation to enhance maintenance efficiency.
