• Diploma / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from reputed Govt. Polytechnic institute or public and private university.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 1/2 years of experience in a similar role in spinning, Jute Mills manufacturing unit.

• Preference will be given to fresher with strong technical knowledge and aptitude.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in using mechanical tools and equipment.

• This is a shift-based role.

Job Location : Factory, Joy Bangla Sorok, Kunia K.B,Bazar, Borobari Gazipur .

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems that occur during production and coordinate with maintenance staff for more complex repairs.

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure their continued operation.

• Ensure that safety protocols are being followed at all times, and that all equipment is properly maintained and in safe operating condition.

• Conduct regular inspections of the mechanical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.

• Work closely with other shift engineers, production supervisors and maintenance staff to ensure that production goals are being met.

• Continuously improve & reduce downtime.
