Required Skills:

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial building design.
• Experience in preparing:

Floor Plans

Elevations

Sections

Roof Plans

Site Plans

Working Drawings

Construction Details

Permit Drawings

• Good knowledge of building codes and drawing standards.
• Ability to prepare electrical and plumbing layouts.
• Strong understanding of dimensions, scales, annotations, detailing, and drafting standards.
• Ability to interpret client sketches, PDFs, and markups accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

• Previous experience in an architectural firm or consultation will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete 2D architectural drawing sets, including conceptual planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural drawings based on client requirements.
• Create high-quality 3D models and visualisations for presentations and reviews.
• Convert client concepts into hand sketches and develop them into professional drawings (strong hand-sketching skills will be given priority).
• Research and apply for USA & UK building codes through online resources and prepare drawings accordingly.
• Update designs based on client feedback and regulatory requirements.
• Produce and/or coordinate MEP drawings aligned with architectural plans.
• Assist in preparing approval and permit drawings, primarily for US-based projects.
• Participating in online meetings and coordination calls with clients.
• Work collaboratively with the team, support problem-solving, and meet project timelines.
