• Diploma in Engineering

• Diploma in Engineering (Plastic, Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or IPE).

• Additional professional certifications in production or operations management will be considered an advantage.

• At least 5 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations.

• Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be given preference.

• Proven experience in managing production teams and meeting production targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain product quality, and optimize resources. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.

• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain product quality in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

• Implement and monitor quality control, safety, and compliance procedures.

• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

• Minimize production downtime through effective maintenance coordination.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.

• Lead, motivate, and evaluate production staff to improve productivity and performance.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
