B.Sc in Mechanical or Industrial Production Engineering from recognized institute (ex: BUET, RUET, KUET, MIST, IUT, CUET, DUET, SUST & AUST)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies, Steel, Metal & Aluminium Manufacturing
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 20 years

• Basic understanding of aluminium extrusion, fabrication processes, production planning, scheduling & finishing process.

• Ability to work effectively under production deadlines with safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication, positive attitude and adaptability.

1. Production Planning & Operations

• Assist in daily production activities to achieve production targets & prepare report.

• Monitor production processes and report any deviations or operational issues.

• Support efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

2. Design Support

• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD/ Solid Works or similar).

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for fabrication.

• Coordinate with the design team regarding drawing revisions and production feasibility.

• Maintain design documents and revision records.

3. Fabrication Support

• Assist in aluminium cutting, machining, welding, assembling, and finishing processes.

• Ensure fabrication activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor material usage to minimize waste.

• Support troubleshooting of fabrication-related issues.

4. Quality Assurance

• Conduct routine inspection of products during and after fabrication.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

• Report quality deviations and participate in corrective actions.

• Maintain quality inspection records.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Recommend ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

• Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Improving production processes through the acquisition and transfer of foreign technological knowledge / technical know-how.
