Responsibilities & Context:

Major Job Responsibilities
Review and approve analytical reports for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Monitor the calibration, qualification, and performance verification of QC instruments and laboratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, data integrity, and laboratory safety requirements.
Review and approve Specifications, Test Record Sheets (TRS), Methods of Analysis (MOA), SOPs, and other QC documents.
Coordinate internal audits, external audits, and vendor qualification activities.
Conduct GMP, GLP, and SOP training programs and ensure training compliance within the QC department.
Collaborate with QA, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to support quality, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Location: Manufacturing Plant at Sreepur, Gazipur.
