The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program is designed to develop high-potential fresh graduate engineers into future manufacturing professionals by providing hands-on experience across key functions of the furniture manufacturing business, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Finishing, Planning, and Industrial Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily production activities and monitor output, efficiency, and workflow.

• Assist in maintaining quality standards for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and planning teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.

• Prepare production, quality, maintenance, and operational performance reports.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Industrial Engineering.

• Follow company SOPs, compliance requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
