• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (depot experience is a plus).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and store inventory management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounts and financial records for the depot.

• Manage store operations, including inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.

• Ensure proper documentation of goods received, issued, and stored.

• Assist in preparing financial and inventory reports.

• Coordinate with the central accounts team and depot staff for smooth operations.

• Support day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks.
