Additional Requirements: 8–10 years of relevant experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control. Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry or other relevant manufacturing industries preferable.
Strong knowledge of PPIC, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Job Summary
The Manager – Product Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) will be responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure timely production and shipment of export furniture orders. This role plays a critical part in balancing demand, capacity, and inventory while optimizing resources, lead time, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control production schedules based on confirmed export orders, capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Develop material requirement planning (MRP) and ensure timely availability of raw materials, accessories, and components.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize shortages, excess, and obsolescence.
- Track production progress and proactively address delays or bottlenecks to meet shipment deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain PPIC reports including production plans, inventory status, lead time, and capacity utilization.
- Implement inventory control systems, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with export timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with quality, warehouse, and shipping teams to align production output with export schedules.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
