• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Ensure implementation of the daily production schedule.

• Prepare daily Production report & submit to Manager/Asst. Manager (Production).

• Maintain daily stock of raw materials, chemicals, flavors, & packaging materials, etc. for running production & also ensure supply for the next day’s production.

• Ensure delivery of finished products to distribution.

• Ensure daily pre-production Assemblies & Training of Staff & Workers.

• Prepare and maintain the daily work schedule of Sr. Supervisor, Supervisor, Permanent & other production workers.

• Check Job cards.

• Ensure production performance for quality & standard of finished product.

• Ensure process loss within permissible limits.

• Ensure production at minimum cost.1

• Ensure that the production floor & machine & personnel remain clean all the time.

• Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

• Ensure proper documentation as per company rules & maintenance of departmental files.

• Maintain liaison with mechanical, electrical, quality control & other supporting departments/sections to get the best production performance.

• Any other job assigned by the management.
